This is very poor service. I ordered 3roses and only only one was sent??? There was a performance about accepting my order.if you could not deliver you should have said so in the first place.there was a prompt reply to my complaint and you said it was a mistake by the packing department. Later another contact said it was the delivery companies fault which was a complete liar. I was then offered pink roses!!! If I wanted pink roses I would have ordered them in the first place!! You say you will have a delivery of yellow roses in October and I replied I would wait for that delivery . Which I have had no acknowledgement of same.

The two olive trees are lovely. Sadly, the boxes they were packaged in did not survive the delivery and both came apart at the bottom which means both trees arrived upside-down. Not ideal, but I think they will be OK.
Easy website quick service tree arrived perfectly, it was a gift and my sister loved it.

Ordered willow wand after a glowing description and said it would be in a pot for our daughters anniversary Buyers beware , small print which I missed said no pot and really disappointed that it wouldn’t be supplied .

Ordered a pair of olive trees as a Christmas gift for my mum. They were delivered really promptly. I had a small problem so called the service team, who were fantastic and sorted everything out really quickly and effectively. I'll definitely be using them again.
